...is an independent recording label featuring
The Black Drum. L.O.D. is also home of the Tekronomicon,
a handbook for darbuka (doumbek) players. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio,
Legion Of Doumbek was originally conceived in 2001 as a drum ensemble.
This eventually evolved into the moniker of the label.
